Meet the team

Although we are all about the technology, there is a team of real people behind the scenes making the magic happen.

Liddy

Founder and CEO

The captain of the ship, Liddy’s previous life was in international education. She’s lived and worked in Sydney, Hong Kong and also boasts a stint in Bathurst. She is the driving force behind Talent Now. When she’s not cracking the whip, she’s whipping up delicious lunches for the team.

Chris

Director, Sales & Marketing

The joker of the pack, Chris likes to think he’s the funny one! Before coming to Australia from Scotland a long time ago, he detoured via Tokyo for two years where he shamefully didn’t pick up the language. Also a veteran of international higher education, Chris loves working in this new sector.

Debi

Director of Engagement

The patient one. Trained in law but soon found more joy working in marketing, comms and design. Originating from New Zealand, Debi is the most international of us, having lived and worked across Europe, North America and now Australia.

Rod

Director

The sounding board.
Rod’s had a huge career as an International Tax Partner at one of the Big Four Accounting firms. He brings a wealth of practical business experience.
